The Southwest Corridor Light Rail Project is a new MAX line that will provide a 30-minute trip between Downtown Portland and Tualatin, in one of the most congested travel corridors in our region.
As the region grows by more than 400,000 people by 2040, the project will foster connected, affordable communities where all people can live, work, and thrive.
The project will also advance climate strategies and contribute to the local economy during and after construction.
